  • Cooperativa Limitada: Esta entidad puede estar constituida por (i) socios gestores que dirigen el negocio, toman las decisiones y asumen una responsabilidad ilimitada por las obligaciones de la sociedad, incluso dentro de su patrimonio personal, y (ii) socios pasivos cuya responsabilidad se limita al importe de los fondos aportados y su patrimonio personal no se ve afectado por un posible procedimiento de liquidación. No se exige un umbral mínimo del capital social.

Requisitos y pasos para la creación de una empresa

Si se plantea seleccionar este estado como su jurisdicción objetivo, he aquí las etapas preliminares para crear una empresa en Bélgica:
