The procedure for approval and authorization of the name takes three days, it is paid (200 local pounds). They will need to be notarized, and the business founders shall sign documents. Further, the charter and the memorandum should be approved by the Tax Chamber. - an approval of a set of rules for the work of employees in the Department of Occupational Safety and Personnel Registration at the Social Insurance Fund.
