Un ejemplo claro es Chipre. Su sistema de libre empresa, un impuesto mínimo sobre la renta y un sistema bancario desarrollado son sólo algunos argumentos a su favor.

En Chipre es posible llevar a cabo cualquier tipo de actividad mercantil legítima y obtener un número de IVA. Algunos servicios requieren una licencia (fideicomisos, seguros, sector bancario), la cual se puede obtener a distancia.

Información sobre la jurisdicción

Según la legislación vigente, el registro de una empresa en Chipre contempla la posibilidad de asignar un capital autorizado por un importe de 1.000 euros con un precio mínimo por acción de 1 euro. Se permite la emisión de acciones nominativas con valor nominal al portador. Para abrir una empresa en Chipre, el número mínimo de sus participantes es uno, la cual puede ser una persona física o jurídica que actúa como accionista principal y director.

Cabe destacar que la zona de baja tributación de Chipre no se corresponde totalmente con el concepto de baja tributación propiamente dicho. Aquí es necesario llevar una contabilidad, presentar informes de auditoría y declaraciones financieras a las autoridades competentes. Las declaraciones de ingresos se presentan anualmente. Las empresas chipriotas de baja imposición permiten recibir dividendos, sujetos a un tipo de interés cero. Toda la información sobre las actividades de la empresa y sus representantes nominales es confidencial.

Proceso de registro de una empresa

En la fase inicial tendrá que elegir una empresa. Tras el pago, recibirá al día siguiente toda la documentación.
