(Netherlands Antilles Besloten Vennootschap) \u2013 Netherlands Antilles closed company;<\/li>\n<li>N.V. (Naamloze Vennootschap) \u2013 LLC of open type;<\/li>\n<li>V.V. (Vrijgestelde Vennotschap) \u2013 an organization that has the characteristics of a closed LLC;<\/li>\n<li>Stichting \u2013 a private fund in which there are no shareholders.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>The most attractive for foreign investors is the first one with the maximum tax benefits.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"info-block\">\n<h2>The main advantages of an opening of a company in Aruba:<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>affordable price &#8211; from a thousand USD;<\/li>\n<li>efficiency &#8211; 10-30 calendar days, depending on the chosen organizational and legal form of the corporation;<\/li>\n<li>an absence of currency control for non-residents;<\/li>\n<li>there are no requirements regarding the residency of shareholders;<\/li>\n<li>companies are not required to undergo an annual audit;<\/li>\n<li>a confidentiality of information on bank accounts of a legal entity.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"info-block\">\n<h2>Features of the creation procedure<\/h2>\n<p>Aruba is offshore of the classic type, therefore, the most favorable conditions were created for foreign investors when registering a business in this jurisdiction.
